Hello and welcome to our amazing summer camp! We want to make sure that everyone has a fun and easy registration process, so we've put together some friendly policies for you to follow. Please take a moment to review them below

Registration Eligibility:

Our camp welcomes children ages 7–17 of all abilities, including those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, CODA (Children of Deaf Adults), and Siblings of Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Payment and Fees:

Full payment or payment arrangements must be made by the specified deadlines to confirm participation.

By submitting the non-refundable fee upfront, you will secure your registration and guarantee your spot.

Cancellation and Refunds

Please note that all requests for cancellations or withdrawals must be submitted in writing to our email address.

Camp fees are non-refundable after June 30, 2024, unless extenuating circumstances are present and approved.
